Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering with EMM's Delicacies! Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds below:

1. Standard Cancellations
Advance Notice: Orders can be cancelled up to one day before your scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Cancellation Fee: Please note that a 10% cancellation charge applies to all cancelled orders to cover payment processing and kitchen preparation costs.

2. Same-Day Cancellations
We do not offer same-day cancellations.

No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled on the day of delivery or pickup.

3. Customer Support & Communication Timings
To request a cancellation or modification, please ensure you reach out to us during our active communication hours:

Days: Monday – Sunday (Closed Tuesdays)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

4. Unexpected Circumstances
In rare and unforeseen circumstances, EMM's Delicacies reserves the right to cancel an order. In any such event:

A full refund will be processed and issued within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment time.
