About Muskan | Founder of Emm's Delicacies

Muskan, the founder and creative force behind Emm's Delicacies, is a fashion designer by education—but a baker by passion. What began as a creative pursuit in her teenage years has evolved into a full-fledged professional journey defined by consistency, craftsmanship, and a deep love for baking.

A self-driven learner, Muskan refined her skills through years of hands-on experience and by attending culinary courses across multiple cities. By her early twenties, her creations had already developed a loyal following—her cakes becoming a preferred choice among an ever-growing circle of patrons.

Her expertise lies especially in tea cakes—where simplicity meets perfection. Signature offerings such as the Oats & Almond Cake and the indulgent Nutella Butter Cake have become customer favourites, known for their balanced flavours, texture, and everyday appeal. Alongside these, her carefully curated granola range reflects her focus on thoughtful, wholesome indulgence—bringing together taste and mindful ingredients.

After establishing strong demand, Muskan opened her first bakery in Gurgaon in 2021. Over the past five years, she has built extensive experience in running a professional kitchen—leading teams, refining operations, and scaling her offerings while maintaining quality at every step.

Her background in fashion design lends a distinctive aesthetic sensibility to her creations, especially in celebration cakes—where design, detail, and flavour come together seamlessly to create memorable centrepieces.

Today, Emm's Delicacies is a trusted name across many homes, known for its signature tea cakes, celebration cakes, and artisanal offerings.

Beyond the kitchen, Muskan's journey is equally inspiring—she balances her growing business alongside raising her two young children, aged six and one. This balance reflects the heart of her brand: dedication, warmth, and the ability to create something meaningful every single day.

Looking ahead, she aims to expand further into Delhi while introducing an evolved range of offerings under Granola Shanola, continuing to blend innovation with her signature touch of authenticity.
